Refund & Cancellation Policy



  1. We take the utmost care while packing your order & our quality check & processing teams check & dispatch your order carefully. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us the opening video of the damaged product and box within 48 hours of receiving your order to hello@treasuretales.in. Our support team will resolve your issue with a replacement or store credit. Please note: Opening video acts as a proof and without it we cannot accept any returns or replacement. 

  2. We do provide customization for your order/product, please note such orders are not eligible for replacement or refund of any sort. Customized items such as stamps and newspaper articles, which are designed specifically for you, cannot be returned, unless there is transit damage or other defects.

  3. Treasure Tales process 10,000+ orders in a month and a missing products or theft in transit is extremely rare. In case you feel your parcel has been tampered with, please do not accept such shipments, you can reach out to the Treasure Tales support team on email or WhatsApp as soon as possible. In case you have accepted the shipment and suspect any damage or tampering please take a video before opening your box.
  4. In case you receive an SMS stating the order has been delivered and you have in fact not received the parcel, please reach out to the hello@treasuretales.in & our team will help resolve this issue within 24 hours.
  5. Treasure Tales uses external shipping aggregators and is not liable for delays in shipping. We share approximate number of days required for delivery. We also extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach customers as soon as possible. For any time-sensitive orders, please reach out to customer team to find out more.   6. Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non acceptance. For COD orders, Treasure Tales reserves the right to deny future orders on our platform. In case of prepaid orders, Treasure Tales will reserve the right to charge 2 way shipping costs. For Paid order cancellation, refund for the same will be processed in the form of Store Credits.

  7. Orders once delivered CANNOT be cancelled or returned, unless they are damaged. Make sure to take an opening video so that its easier for us to refund you.


If a gift order is cancelled by the customer, the refund process would be:

Cancelling in 4 hours from the ordered time – 100% refund.

Cancelling in 24hours from the order time – 50% refund.

Please note that any amount will not be refunded if the order is a personalized work.

We don’t do Cash on delivery ( COD ) for any personalized gifts. COD is available for only non personalized items.


In case Treasure Tales cancels the product from their end due to some unfortunate situations, then we will notify you in the quickest time possible. Rest assured if such a condition prevails then we will dispatch another item by notifying the date as immediately as possible. However, if you prefer to refund then we will dispatch the money to the account of the person who placed the order. 


You must note that the refunds are directly transferred to the bank accounts of the person who ordered the item within 10 working days. We do not refund the money to anyone else but the person who ordered the item.


We request you to input the correct address and contact details. Since we are a company that handles several deliveries through our delivery partners without correct contact details you might face delayed delivery or non-delivery. We do not take any responsibility if such a misfortunate situation occurs due to improper address and contact details.

You can send the gifts to the person you wish by entering their address but you must provide the correct contact details that do not welcome any confusion.
